• What sets work with the Tricaster Volume 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 or Studio 94 and higher. There are 4 different version: Tricaster SD (for Pro/Broadcast/FX) in 4x3 and 16x9, Tricaster XD for use directly with the Tricaster XD 300 and 850, and Tricaster XD Virtual Set Editor .psd files for use only if you have the Tricaster Virtual Set Editor


• Can I put my video in the screens in the set? Yes, we provide an alpha channel with the 2d versions of our sets, this lets you put your own video right into the screen right on your timeline


• Will your product work with my software or hardware? Yes, our sets come in a number of formats compatible with nonlinear editors, chromakeyers, compositors, switchers, and other platforms


• Can I change the view out the window? Yes, the 2D versions of the sets come with alpha channels which often include a matte for replacing the background in a fashion similar to how video is inserted into TV screens.

Refund Information:

Physical Products (disks, keyers, software, etc): Carry a 30 day refund policy and are warrantied by the manufacturer where applicable. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Downloadable Product Services (downloaded plugins and virtual sets): It's our express policy to make every customer happy and we are willing to go a long way towards achieving that goal. If you have a problem with a product, we are commited to fixing it for you. We reserve the right to exercise the option most appropriate to the situation including but not limited to a full refund of your order.
Services: Services are refundable only according to the service agreement.
